30 Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new jewelry, so we give you up to 30 days after you’ve received your order to request an exchange or full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable). If you purchase jewelry for holiday gifts from November 15 - December 15, we will extend our return policy to 60 days to ensure the gift recipient will be able to request an exchange or refund, if needed. If you like the style of the jewelry you ordered but need sizing or other adjustments, please contact us and we'd be glad to help.
To make a a return, please ship us the unworn item(s) inside the original Moonrise Jewelry gift boxes you received. Include a copy of your invoice and your contact information in the package and indicate your preference for an exchange or refund. We recommend sending your return in secure packaging through a traceable shipping method with insurance if necessary, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the mail.
Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 2 weeks. We will notify you by email once we have shipped your exchange order or posted a refund to your credit card. For exchanges, new shipping charges will be billed to the credit card or payment method you used on the original order. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on custom orders once you have approved the design.
