When you shop with us, you can feel comfortable knowing you'll have 30 DAYS to request an exchange or full refund– for any reason, no questions asked. Shipping charges are non-refundable. From November 15 - December 15, we extend our Return Policy to 60 days to ensure gift recipients have time to receive and try on their new jewelry.
*Note: If you like the style of jewelry you've ordered, but need sizing adjustments after trying it on, we'd be glad to alter it to suit your needs. Please Contact Us so we can help.
1. Securely package the unworn item with original tags attached
2. Include a copy of your invoice or a note with your contact information and indicate your preference for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
3. Please ship your return to us using a trackable shipping method, with proper insurance, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the mail. (We like using USPS Priority Mail.)

We will process your return within 2 weeks and will notify you by email once we have shipped your exchange order or posted a refund to your credit card. (For exchanges, new shipping charges will be billed to the credit card or payment method you used on the original order.)
